Vicente Seabra Medal 2010 |

Vicente de Seabra Medal is a prize, created in the year of 2002, given by the Portuguese Chemical Society to pay tribute to the chemist Vicente Coelho de Seabra Silva Teles envisaging to distinguish Portuguese chemists, no higher than 40 years hold, by their scientific work.

António Xavier Prize 2009 |

The prize, in the value of five thousand Euros, was instituted by BRUKER to acknowledge the tireless commitment of Professor António Xavier to Portuguese scientific development.
In the year of 2009, the prize distinguishes the best scientific project in the areas of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, or Electronic Paramagnetic Resonance, whose author is not above the age of 39 at the date of the delivery of the prize (12th of July, 2010) and is affiliated to a Portuguese University, Research Institute or Company.
